3D Modeling is a fantastic design tool. IT Gives a good visual that acurately conveys the concept to the client. Being 'live' on the screen, it can be viewed from any angle to see strategic elements of a design.
Design work is quick and it's easy to make changes, keeping costs down. Overall a very beneficial tool for both the designer and the client.

| Storeroom Mezannene
Doing this 3D model, I was able to fit the mezannene precicely into the available floor space and devide the height into the two levels acurately.

| Preposed alteration
This large room was to be converted into a cottage. To seperate a living area from a bedroom and create a bathroom, this structure was designed. The only alteration to the origional building is the bathroom window.
